How to register and book a place

Registration
To book your child into our after school or vacation care programs you first register online through our Hubworks system.  Registration needs to be completed at least 2 weeks prior to your child's start date.  For urgent enrolments please contact our Centre Director.
Please complete all the information requested as this is important to ensure your enrolment can be processed and that we can provide the best possible care for your child.

  1. Click "Register"
  2. Enter all information requested and ensure in particular that you enter the correct CRN and dates of birth to ensure we can claim child care benefit on your behalf.
  3. Click "Submit"
Alternatively if you do not have access to the internet either call into one of our centres or just call our Centre Director or Supervisor to arrange for an enrolment pack to be sent to you and we will complete the registration for you.

After School Care
Enrolment and Bookings
  1. Once you have completed the registration, please send a booking request by email to norposc@optusnet.com.au to let us know that you have registered and your required start date and days of care requested. Don't forget to include your full name as entered in the registration form.
  2. Download and complete the enrolment and direct debit forms available in the forms section and provide these to our Supervisor either in person or by mail or email.  
  3. Once we have received your booking request and all enrolment and direct debit forms we will send you an email or call you to  confirm your booking and let you know your out of pocket fee.
  4. Please provide a booking deposit of 2 weeks payment prior to your child's first day
  5. For regular permanent bookings, we require payment by direct debit and a direct debit request form is included in the enrolment pack.  When we receive this back from you we will provide a direct debit schedule advising you of the dates and amounts to be deducted by mail prior to direct debits starting.
  6. For casual bookings, payment is required on the day of care.  You can pay by cash, cheque or bank transfer and the details will be provided with your enrolment pack.
To change your booking
You can change your permanent booking at any time by providing the details in writing or by email with 2 weeks notice.

Vacation Care
Program
Our programmes for vacation care are available approximately 2 weeks prior to the holiday period.  You can pick one up at one of our centres, or request one by email by sending an email to norposc@optusnet.com.au
Bookings
Once you are enrolled, to book for vacation care complete the vacation care booking slip included in our program and complete a payment slip enclosing payment.  Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer.  Bookings made and paid for in advance prior to the holiday period are discounted at $5 per day.
